The Engineering Fundamentals certificate is designed to develop basic skills in safe shop practices and general industrial safety. Students will gain basic knowledge in blueprint reading, computer aided design, and solid modeling. Students will also gain an introductory exposure to the study of the field of engineering.  

Students should gain the necessary skills to obtain entry-level jobs in manufacturing industries and design shops.
